Just to whet your apetiate a bit...standard lots in the specific area I'm talking about in Florida, sold for about $5,000 in 2003.  In 2006 a standard lot sold for about $50,000, and I'm not talking about canal lots either. That's a fair return, don't you think? I've been in the land brokerage business for the past 40+ years and I was part of that last land boom, and in my opinion...it's coming back, and then some.  But what will drive these prices back up again? Read on.

These land Investments properties are all owned solely by me, actually my corporation.   There are only 10 properties shown out of about 60 parcels available, but they are some of the very best. The land catagories are: standard lots, saltwater canal frontage, freshwater canal frontage, condo sites, acreage, church site, multiple lots in a row or front to back, mountain and lake views and mountain creek frontage.  Financing is available...even some with no cash down.(I like the monthly income.)
